Two Questions to Help
  • Identify what has the biggest payoff, not the biggest pain.
    • We over index on present pain and undervalue future payoff
    • Identify what is common, not just localized.
  • If  the potential is there in more than one area- the payoff is huge.
    • You should not identify the priority in isolation, only as a team.
