Two Questions to Help
- Identify what has the biggest payoff, not the biggest pain.
- We over index on present pain and undervalue future payoff
- Identify what is common, not just localized.
- If the potential is there in more than one area- the payoff is huge.
- You should not identify the priority in isolation, only as a team.
