VPS: Vision, Problem, Solution

V- Vision
– Vision first creates motivation.
– You move off of Vision when you know they care about what you’re creating.

P- Problem
– Your goal is not to over-exaggerate the problem, but to clearly define it, and what it will cost you if unaddressed.
– You move off of Problem when the problem is clear & felt.

S- Solution
– What are we going to do about the problem.
– Create a picture of what is gained when we act in the solution towards the vision.

Your vision can have 1 V, multiple P’s, 1 S.
