This the oddest word of encouragement that you will ever hear: “If you’re losing, say it”. If people don’t think you have an accurate grasp of reality, you lose credibility and you instill fear. This doesn’t mean that you dwell on the negative, and then you give hope. Don’t ever, ever- try to appear invincible: you don’t help, you hurt. People think you’re fake or delusional. But you must lead from hope.
