Find Some Rhythms
January 22, 2020

Leader Notes
In this episode we look at personal rhythms that I’ve adopted that may be helpful:
Annual Rhythms: 3 Day Personal Planning in November to overview the organizational and personal year.
Monthly Rhythms: 3 Hours to set schedule for the next month, define key work, keep me proactive on learning and development.
Weekly Rhythm: Evaluation from the previous week and most important question: What would a “Great Leader/Husband/Father do”?
Daily Rhythm: of an ideal statement, key questions at night, time to read.
Organizational Rhythms of weekly staff chapel, staff meetings, service planning.
Other staff rhythms of one-on-ones and key question: How did I move the mission forward? Family Rhythms of weekends, vacations, nights in and nights out. Most of our family rhythm revolves around church.
Key point I want to stress within all this is that I want to make sure the things I’m doing are intentional, and not simply because that’s what I observed and absorbed.
Your influence will lead people somewhere, lead them towards Hope.
