Why Decision-Making is Audacious:
1. None of the decisions are obvious
2. You can’t possibly know all of the ramifications and possible factors.
3. You choose the future without being able to possibly know which decisions creates which future.

Keys to this:
1. Humility
2. Timing: Discuss becoming comfortable with grasping that there is a window to make the decision.
3. Courage: Keep making decisions even when you’ve made some that are wrong.
